Seriously high-end cruising via Cliveden to Marlow, Henley and Sonning with more visitors on the way.

On to Maidenhead with trips around Runneymede, Windsor Great Park and the town itself. A brief visit from passing friends.

A visit to the palace and visits from family on our way up the Thames to a rather charmless Staines.

A return to the boat to abandon the canal system for the less predictable waters of the mighty River Thames.

Heading further towards London in a heatwave, ready to moor the boat for an excursion back to the south.

Slow boat to Marsworth with a side trip down the Aylesbury Arm and an encounter with a Red Admiral.
